This messenger bag is nice and sturdy. All of the seams are double stitched. The straps are comfortable cotton webbing. It has a large main compartment, interior zipped pocket, and a full-width front flap that is secured with two brass toggles. I can fit my laptop, notebook and 1200 page text book all inside.

The bag is 100% cotton heavy enzyme-washed canvas and completely washable, but the print needs special care. Wash inside out and in cold water. Don't use chlorine bleach and don't soak. Don't iron. Tumble dry on low heat and remove from dryer promptly
