Essential roomy and sturdy bag for adventure, travel, school and vacation. This gray canvas "field-style" messenger bag works hard and features a charcoal silhouette of an inquisitive raven looking at you over his shoulder with one red eye. The design was inspired by my favorite poem by the great American writer, Edgar Allan Poe.

And the Raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting

This messenger bag is nice and sturdy. All of the seams are double stitched. The straps are comfortable cotton webbing. It has a large main compartment, interior zipped pocket, and a full-width front flap that is secured with two brass toggles. I can fit my laptop, notebook and 1200 page text book all inside.

The bag is 100% cotton heavy enzyme-washed canvas and completely washable, but I'd recommend turning it inside out to protect the appliqués. The appliqués are eco-felt, recycled from post-consumer waste plastic bottles.

This pack will be shipped in a padded envelope to reduce packing waste and minimize your postage. You can press out any wrinkles with an iron on medium-high.
